Dianne Blais: My name is Dianne Blais and I am an independent running to represent the 40th district of Virginia for the State House of Delegates. I know what it takes to get this economy moving again as a former vice president of a company for 19 years. I also highly value education as a mother of four and foster mother to over a hundred kids. I am not beholden to any large donors and will fight for real change in Virginia that will benefit all of us.
